VoiceLife AI respects your privacy. This policy explains how our application collects, uses, and safeguards your information.
1. Information We Collect
Account data such as your email address and display name, voice samples recorded for custom cloning, and usage information including character synthesis counts and credit transactions.
2. How We Use Your Information
We use information to maintain your account and credit balance (including the 250 free sign-up credits), generate requested voice clones and text-to-speech audio through our advanced AI speech engine, and process subscriptions through Stripe. Audio recordings are used exclusively to create your private voice clone. We never sell, share, publish, or use private samples to train public models.
3. App Permissions
Microphone access (android.permission.RECORD_AUDIO) is used exclusively when you record an in-app sample to clone your voice. Storage or media access allows saving generated audio files to your device.
4. Data Security & Retention
Data in transit is encrypted using HTTPS/TLS. You can delete custom voice clones in the app, which permanently purges their audio embeddings from active servers.
5. Account & Data Deletion
Request complete deletion in the app via Profile -> Settings -> Delete Account, by emailing founder@moonaria.care, or through our deletion instructions page. Account data, custom voice clones, and credit history are permanently deleted within 7 business days.
